Empties:
I have been trying to promise myself that I would finish up products in the same categories (cleanser, toner, sunscreen) before purchasing another one. So far, it has been difficult not to just buy a new cleanser when I see so many that I want to try, but I also know that I only have one face and I would never get through them all if I did.
I only have a few products that I have gone through, but these are some that I have loved and highly recommend and will probably purchase again (when I finish my next product hehe).
Dokdo Cleanser from Round Lab
I am finally almost out of this cleanser, and even though I love this cleanser and would recommend it over and over again, I am happy to be able to try new ones now.
This cleanser is gentle and fluffy and cloud-like. I recommend this cleanser for any skin type, but especially dry skin. During the winter I loved using this cleanser both day and night. It is gentle enough to clean the skin without stripping it of its natural oils and moisture.
Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner
The OG of my toners, I remember using this toner for the first time back in December I believe, and that was when my skin was so dry and sensitive from my acne medication. When I say nothing- I mean nothing- made my skin calm. This was the only product that I could put on my skin and it would drink it up, while calming it as well. I fell in love with this toner, and still use it. I highly recommend this toner to anyone, it is such a staple, and is a toner I go back to when my skin is irritated or inflamed. I finally am to the last drop of it, and it has been nine months, so I can say it lasts a long time.
Hydration Gel water tube by Abib
Honestly the packaging of this moisturizer was such an aesthetic for me, and the actual gel was a great, lightweight and hydrating moisturizer for me. I loved how it was so easy to apply and worked well with my makeup throughout the day. I think I would only use this during the warmer, summer months, just because as we are going through the transition month into fall, my skin is needing some extra hydration, and find this one doesn’t quite give me enough of that for the colder days.
Naturium’s Plant Ceramide Rich Moisture Cream
Another favorite from Naturium, I love how they formulate every product so intentionally, and I cannot wait to try more of their brand. This moisturizer had really impressed me, I mean, a regular moisturizer shouldn’t be too difficult to make, but I loved how this cream felt light, but so heaves moisture if you know what I mean. It felt amazing on the skin without feeling too much on the skin. I love this cream and probably will purchase it again as the winter months roll around soon again.
