Sioris: simple and original
If you know anything about Korean skincare, you probably know that it centers around hydration, hydration, and hydration! That is music to my ears! Sioris is a Korean based brand, launched in 2017 by Isaac Han. He created the line for those who wanted good quality skincare ingredients, without irritating or damaging the skin.
When I learned about Sioris, I instantly went online and ordered some of their most popular products. I started to research their philosophy and goals for their company.
They stand for using the environment’s natural resources, and their name “Sioris” is the compound word of simple and original. The brand uses seasonal and organic plants and fruits farmed in Korea. Along with reducing synthetic preservatives which give a high percentage of nutrients into the skin.
For my first post I thought I would dive deep into one of my favorite brands, and explain why these products have done wonders for my skin.
Fresh Moment Cleansing Oil
The first product that I knew was going to be amazing before I even got it in my hands is the Sioris Fresh Moment Cleansing Oil. This feels like a dream when massaged into the skin. It removes makeup without a hassle, and does not sting my eyes. Takes off any dirt or sweat from the day, and most importantly- removes sunscreen.
Double cleansing has definitely become popular in the United States over last few years, and I think this oil really shows what a cleansing oil is supposed to do. It emulsifies beautifully, and does not feel stripping to the skin at all.
One of its first ingredients is Sweet Almond Oil. Soothes dry skin, and has been proven to improve complexion and skin tone, and is antibacterial. I cannot describe how smooth this oil feels on the skin, while still being light enough for those who may have oily skin types. This is probably going to be one of my favorite cleansing oils that I will always recommend.
Stay With Me Day Cream
When it comes to moisturizers, I find to have a particular type that I love the most. Creamy, and moisturizing, while still being light on the skin and not feeling greasy. That describes this cream perfectly.
The first time I applied this cream on, I instantly fell in love. It has a faint scent, very natural and nothing that lingers on the skin for too long. Not too thick for daily use, and beautiful under makeup. It seals in moisture, and pairs well with sunscreens and other makeup that would go on top of it.
It contains squalane, which is derived from olive oil, aids in preventing moisture loss. Keeping the skin nice and smooth, without feeling heavy or oily. I deal with sensitive skin, and find that this cream is amazing at moisturizing and I think the lack of scent is the absence of fragrance, and it keeps my skin calm and soothed.
You Are My Shining Sunscreen SPF35/PA+++

I have always been searching for good sunscreen, and this sunscreen definitely hits as my top 5 for sunscreens. I used this while on medication for my acne, and found that it was one of the only sunscreens that did not sting my skin or irritate it. I definitely wish it had a higher spf, but for everyday wear it works for me.
It contains zinc oxide which is one of the best UV absorber and blocker on the block. I find that this sunscreen blends well into my skin, but a note to those when darker complexions, that this could leave a white cast.
